ABOUT OUR NEWEST LOCATION
Porkyland has been winning awards for carnitas since the 1980s, back when we opened our initial taco shop in Barrio Logan.
After moving to La Jolla and becoming a highly acclaimed staple there, we knew it was time to expand our food and carnitas further. This is why we’re so proud and excited to be opening up our newest location in Carmel Valley.
THE PORKYLAND CUISINE
From our very first business tortilla making to the taco shop to now, our menu has expanded to encompass a wide and diverse range of Mexican and Latin food. In the morning, or anytime of day for that matter, come enjoy a bacon and eggs-loaded breakfast burrito or chorizo and eggs-packed torta. For the truly hungry? The Chilaquiles Rojos Plate of rice beans and choice of chicken chipotle or scrambled eggs will have you quite content and full for the day.
For lunch and dinner, we have all the classic Mexican and Latin staples, like our nachos, burritos, tacos and enchiladas. You can also get adventurous and try something totally unique to Porkyland. We are proud to create and retain loyal fans with options like our quesataco (which is, that’s right, a quesadilla and a taco combined), a Porky signature burrito and the Guacamole Bacon Cheeseburger (the prime option for the friend or relative that prefers more traditional American food).
PORKYLAND CATERING
This new Carmel Valley location opens the door for more even more accessible catering in nearby cities and neighborhoods. From birthday parties and corporate retreats to business lunch meetings and weddings, we do it all.
For example, residents of nearby San Diego neighborhoods such as Torrey Hills and Pacific Highland Ranch can have food delivered to events of anywhere from 15 to 1,000 people!
Del Mar, only 5.7 miles from Carmel Valley, is close, as well. Porkyland Carmel Valley is happy to provide catering to Del Mar weddings, graduation parties and more.
Have a corporate meeting or event in Sorrento Valley? We’re only 4.5 short miles away from your office.
And for those in Solana Beach, less than 9 miles away, in need of catering, Porkyland is happy to prepare and deliver fair-priced, organized, piping hot food there.
